I do a lot of buying up a ninja and selling it for a better tower. Once you can get a village at 3/x you can sell the engineer and rebuy it at only 3/0 to get a few bananas since balloon trap basically does the same thing as the village does. After that, it's pretty much map dependant what to do next, but I rarely go wrong with working on getting 2 4/2 ninjas before upgrading the spike factory. I often will build up a 3/2 ninja and sell it to get balloon trap and replace it as soon as possible. Once you get the clensing foam, you will nee to ballance out more popping power (ninja's are great for this after clensing foam), with the balloon trap. You will likely need to use one pineapple on the first lead balloon, but should be able to get clensing foam (3/0 engineer) before the second set of lead balloons. You can drop any free dart monkeys in the middleish where they have the most time to pop balloons, perferably where the track will double back on it's self (set the dart monkeys on strong). Try putting one engineer at the start of the map, one spike factory at the end and then upgrading the engineer to 4/0. Since I am not going to be making it to round 71 I don't try anything after round 46 - just let game go non-stop.Īt around a city level of 22, the engineer with balloon trap is the smart way to generate money. On lower rounds I don't fret if I loose a bloon or up to about 10 as the cash coming in from the farms makes up for it as well as the interest on cash from one round to the next - ideally I am up to about 30K by round 30 which is when I start really upgrading and adding more towers as usually somewhere around there is the first big rush or few moabs, then save what I can and round 40 or so end up spending reserve cash down to nothing, about round 43 or 44 I sell one of the farms and round 45 (just before I start round 46 which is key to getting the milestone rewards) I sell the 2nd farm. By round 10 I will have the two 3/0 farms, a 3/1 engineer, 3/2 ninja, and either another ninga, a 2/0 spac, or sniper depending on the CT for the week. At 2nd round I upgrade farms to 1/0, and upgrade engineer or add a ninja depending on what CT allows for the week. On CT I usually start round 1 with two 0/0 farms., my 2 free dart monkeys, and sometimes engineer but often use a couple red spikes - goal is to keep as much $$ in the bank till around round 30. Maybe check out youtube for ideas.Īt level 20 I only use them with CT. If you have all tier 3 towers, you should have plenty combinations to try out. You already know it doesn’t work on that level, try something different. You’re far better off playing around with different towers and combinations with the extra $$. By the time you break even (earn from the farm as much as you spent on it) you’ll be dead. I’d say if you are losing before 15 or 20, don’t bother with a farm. So you will need some 7 waves, but this only applies once you have all 4 upgrades, far more if you don’t get them all in one round. I’m not entirely sure what a 2/2, but im sure its something like $7000+ and will be getting 1125/wave. You’ll need about 10 turns to earn that much with it. I’m not particularly far, but its probably worth noting that it will take at least 10 levels for your farm to generate more $ that it cost to place down, and more than that with higher level upgrades.Īt 0/0, you get $120/wave, and they cost $1000+ to place.
